Abstract

A database of the role of accountability, amnesty, and justice in international and civil wars ongoing or concluded from 1945-2006. Includes information on the role of accountability mechanisms, method of war termination, postwar governance, war deaths, etc. This database is currently being extended to include measures of implementation and effectiveness for these mechanisms.
